On March 29, the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee held the Second Quarter 2018 Work Conference on Safety Production in the Scenic Area and a special deployment meeting on "Spring Forest Fire Prevention and Firefighting." The meeting conveyed the spirit of four provincial and municipal video conferences on "Spring Forest Fire Prevention" and "Spring-Summer Firefighting," as well as the content of Mudanjiang Municipal Government's Document No. 5 (2018) on forest fire prevention. It also addressed the implementation of safety production responsibilities for "forest fire prevention" and "firefighting," the formulation of contingency plans, the signing of responsibility agreements, and the identification and closed-loop management of safety hazards. The meeting was attended by 18 departments and units stationed in the scenic area, including firefighting, law enforcement, tourism, planning and construction, the small town, the group, landscaping, and hotels.
