On April 29, the Jingpohu Lake Boat Comprehensive Rectification Leading Group convened a meeting on the transfer of Jingpohu Lake cruise operation rights and shareholding system reform. The meeting focused on informing participants about the transfer of cruise operation rights, explaining the shareholding system reform, and outlining requirements for both the transfer and subsequent reform efforts. The meeting was chaired by Cheng Peng, Deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal Government, during which Guan Hongbiao, Director of the Public Resource Trading Center, read the "Confirmation of the Transfer of Jingpohu Lake Cruise Operation Rights." Sun Dezhi, Deputy Secretary of the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee’s Party Working Committee, represented the office of the Municipal Jingpohu Lake Boat Comprehensive Rectification Leading Group in making arrangements and deployments for the transfer of operation rights and the subsequent shareholding system reform. Attendees included members of the Jingpohu Lake Boat Comprehensive Rectification Leading Group and representatives from the Municipal Public Resource Trading Center, as well as departments such as the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee, Public Security Bureau, Discipline Inspection Commission, Procuratorate, Legal Affairs Office, and Transportation Bureau.
