Jingpohu Lake Management Committee on Deepening Work Style Rectification
Joint Inspection on Optimizing the Business Environment



On the afternoon of May 7th, a joint inspection team composed of the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee and the Tourism Group conducted on-site inspections of window units in the core scenic area according to the work deployment for deepening institutional work style and optimizing the business environment. The inspection findings are as follows:
I. Issues Found in the Garden Department
1. Waterfall Area: The wall plaster on the columns of the triangular pavilion at the waterfall entrance is peeling; household and construction waste in the Stone Sea area is not cleaned up promptly, and the paint on the guardrails of the Waterfall Viewing Bridge is peeling.
2. Hongluo Lady Cultural Park Area: Damaged steps; broken tiles in the fountain and water injection pipes not retracted in time; damaged marble on the Hongluo Lady statue wall; multiple flower beds with overly rudimentary wiring burial methods.
3. Villa Area: The messy supermarket inside the Harbin Institute of Technology water tower at the villa dock square needs to have its sign removed and walls repainted; two "Big Circus Ticket" signs at the kiosks were not taken down in time; the fallen iron chain fence along the lake at the villa dock square requires immediate repair.
Some restrooms in the scenic area have dirty sink surfaces, with delayed trash bin paper waste cleaning and
toilet paper replenishment.
II. Issues at the Monitoring Center
1. The exposed monitoring cables opposite the Waterfall Tea Art have not been buried in time.
2. The surveillance cables at the entrance of the waterfall restroom are exposed and have not been buried promptly.
III. Issues with the Customer Service Center %% The exterior wall of the East Gate Customer Service Center has peeling paint; adhesive tape stains on the North Gate Red Cross monument were not cleaned promptly; there is a lack of instant visitor satisfaction evaluation forms. %% IV. Issues with the Boat Dock Management Office %% The promotional board near the boat ticket office is damaged and requires an updated display. %% V. Issues with the Group Company
1. One-stop service window: The staff uniforms for sightseeing vehicles and boats at the service window are not standardized, and name badges are missing. Expired fire extinguishers must be replaced promptly.
IV. Issues with the Boat Dock Management Office
The promotional board next to the boat ticket office is damaged and needs an updated display.
V. Problems Existing in the Group Company %% 1. One-stop Service Window: The staff uniforms for sightseeing vehicles and boats within the service window are not standardized, and name badges are missing. Expired fire extinguishers need to be replaced as soon as possible;

2. Sightseeing Vehicle Company: There remain issues such as untimely cleaning of sightseeing vehicles, inadequate wiping of backup vehicles, insufficient management and education for drivers, and a need to enhance service awareness and personal image.
All relevant units are requested to earnestly implement the directives of the Jingguanwei Party Working Committee on deepening organizational work style,
rectifying and optimizing the business environment. Immediate corrective actions must be taken regarding the aforementioned problems to further transform work styles and continuously improve the scenic area's business environment. In the next steps, we will intensify inspection efforts and conduct both overt and covert checks at any time. Problems identified during inspections will be dealt with strictly in accordance with relevant regulations. For those causing significant losses or severe impacts, the responsible leaders of the relevant units will be held accountable.
