To further optimize the business environment of Jingpohu Lake Scenic Area, welcome the arrival of the peak tourism season, and prepare for hotel receptions while ensuring tourism order and protecting visitors' rights, on May 15th, the Tourism Bureau, along with functional departments and units including the Social Affairs Bureau, Resources Bureau, Parks Department, and Environmental Monitoring Center, conducted a joint law enforcement inspection of hotels and training centers within Jingpohu Lake Villa.

Basic Situation

Based on the current operational status of the scenic area, the joint law enforcement inspection team focused on inspecting hotels and inns in the jingpo Villa area. Among those already in operation are jingpo Lake Hotel, Villa Hotel, Harbin Institute of Technology Rest House, HIT Shengjing Fish Restaurant, Huatai Hotel Restaurant of Thermal Power, and Aquatic Farm Yuhai Qiaoshan Water Restaurant. Those preparing to open include Fishing Terrace Hotel, Maritime Training Center, and Villa Guesthouse.

From the perspective of improving work style, the Tourism Bureau distributed the "2018 Jingpohu Lake On-Site Business Operation Inspection Registration Form" to the aforementioned business units on-site, conveyed the relevant meeting spirit of the "Jingpohu Lake Management Committee's Optimization of Business Environment," and each joint inspection department and unit also put forward relevant work requirements to these business units. On-site guidance for rectification was provided for identified issues, along with rectification requirements.

The joint law enforcement inspection team will conduct irregular inspections of businesses operating around the lake that have recently commenced operations. Follow-up checks will be carried out to monitor the implementation of corrective measures based on the principle of tracking effectiveness. For businesses that fail to achieve full compliance despite taking measures, their operations will be banned.
