May 19th is China Tourism Day, and the crater scenic area of Jingpohu Lake UNESCO Global Geopark opened its doors to the public for free. On that day, the management committee of Jingpohu Lake UNESCO Global Geopark organized a geological study and tourism activity. Fifty-two teachers and students from Mudanjiang No. 9 Middle School, along with members of the first Party branch of the management committee, participated in this geological study tour. Staff on-site provided explanations about volcanic geology to the teachers and students, and together they explored the crater scenic area. Through this event, knowledge about Jingpohu's volcanic geology was disseminated, allowing the teachers and students to gain a deeper, hands-on understanding of volcanic formation and geological landforms.
