





In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Municipal Tourism Market Order Comprehensive Rectification Leading Group Office for conducting city-wide inspections of the summer and autumn tourism market order,7On [Month]9[Day], the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee, in collaboration with the Municipal Tourism Commission, Safety Supervision Bureau, Quality Supervision Bureau, Industry and Commerce Bureau, Price Bureau, and Food and Drug Administration, conducted a comprehensive inspection of the tourism market order and water-related industry safety in the Jingpohu Lake scenic area.
This inspection focused on checking issues such as disrupting tourism market order, cheating and overcharging tourists, and ensuring water traffic safety. A thorough investigation was conducted on safety hazards of recreational boats operating on water surfaces within the scenic area, and standardized guidance was provided for price labeling and pricing of goods in various shops. During the inspection, it was found that 1a Russian souvenir store was selling "three-no" products (without production date, quality certificate, or manufacturer), expired goods, and substandard items. The inspection team immediately ordered the owner to remove these items from shelves, issued rectification requirements, and warned that any recurrence would face serious legal consequences. This inspection identified a total of 5potential hazards, issued 2rectification notices, and ordered the shutdown of 1non-compliant stalls.
