At 9:00 AM on July 21st, led by the Jingguanwei Enforcement Bureau, a joint enforcement operation involving 11 law enforcement officers from the Scenic Area Maritime, Shipping, Law Enforcement Brigade, and Boat Dock Management Station was conducted once again. The operation delivered a heavy blow to illegal activities such as "illegal operations and unauthorized transport" involving two vessels in the Beihutou and Weizigou areas. During this enforcement action, the scenic area law enforcement authorities confiscated all illegal earnings exceeding 2,000 yuan from the two vessels' operations, which were handed over to the Boat and Dock Management Station. The Scenic Area Shipping Station imposed a fine of 30,000 yuan in accordance with laws and regulations for their illegal operations. Additionally, the Scenic Area Maritime Department ordered the two vessels to be detained and berthed in a designated closed area.

Since the citywide launch of the special campaign for work safety improvement in key industries and the comprehensive rectification of the summer-autumn tourist market in scenic areas in mid-June, the law enforcement departments of the scenic areas have focused on combating activities that disrupt the order of waterborne tourism and maritime traffic safety. In particular, they have targeted illegal operations at Nanhu Ferry, including "unauthorized operations, unauthorized route changes, and overloading violations." By implementing a coordinated approach to joint law enforcement and supervision, they aim to sever the profit chain of illegal vessel operations, achieve source governance of water safety in scenic areas, and ensure the orderly and stable operation of tourism in these regions.
