In accordance with the national tourism commission's requirements for tour guide skills training, to further strengthen the tour guide team at Jingpohu Lake Scenic Area, standardize tour guide services, and enhance the professional ethics of practitioners, on July 25th, the Tourism Bureau of the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee organized a skills training activity for 28 newly appointed tour guides (interpreters). The training focused on essential knowledge of tour guide scripts, interpretation service techniques, and the improvement of tour guide skills. Moving forward, the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee will invite professional training instructors specializing in tour guide services and experienced scenic area interpreters to conduct on-site training and practical guidance. This will emphasize the enhancement of professional ethics among tour guides, the establishment of industry-standard awareness, and the mastery and application of tourism reception knowledge, addressing practical issues in tour guide services to further improve the service capabilities and standards of the scenic area's tour guide team.
