





Starting from September 20, the General Office of the State Council launched the "National Government Service Complaints and Suggestions" mini-program to widely collect problem clues and opinions regarding government services from all sectors of society.
Citizens can access the mini-program via mobile through platforms such as the Chinese Government Website, the State Council Client, WeChat, or Alipay. They can file complaints about issues such as inconvenient services, inadequate implementation of "one-stop online services," or failure to implement enterprise-related policies and measures. Additionally, they can offer suggestions on improving government service levels at all levels and optimizing the business environment.
