To implement the notice of "Mudanjiang Municipal People's Government Office on Issuing the Comprehensive Rectification Work Plan for the Winter Tourism Market" (Muzhengban Regulation [2018] No. 5), the meeting on comprehensive rectification of the winter tourism market and tourism safety,and the notice and meeting spirit of the "Implementation Plan for Major Safety Inspections, Rectifications, and Responsibility Implementation During the 'Spring Festival' and 'Two Sessions' Period in the Jingpohu Lake Scenic Area," on January 20, 2019,the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee Tourism Bureau led a joint inspection team,comprising six members from the Jingpohu Lake Industry and Commerce Bureau and the Health Supervision Office, to conduct a specialized inspection of tourism-related business units in the Jingpohu Lake tourist area.

The inspection team members, from their respective functional perspectives, conducted thorough examinations of various aspects including business operation qualifications, tourism practitioners' credentials, reception service facilities, food hygiene, safety measures, and emergency plans. These inspections covered the Continental Hotel at Jingpohu Lake Town, the Jingpohu Lake Staff Sanatorium of the Provincial Trade Union, the Volkswagen Test Drive Experience Camp, Jingpohu Lake Hotel, kiosks at the dock, ice entertainment projects, waterfall kiosks, and tourist restrooms along the route. During the inspection process, they also carried out educational activities on tourism safety services for the staff of the inspected units.

The business licenses are generally complete with clearly marked prices, and the related tourism facilities are safe and intact. However, some kiosks failed to display their business licenses visibly to tourists, and on-site rectification orders have been issued and supervised to completion.
