On October 12, Jiang Yingbo, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC, led a delegation comprising members from the CPPCC Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee, representatives from the resources and environment sector, and relevant personnel to conduct on-site inspections and research on pollution control efforts at Jingpohu. The delegation visited Jingpohu Lake Town in Ning'an City, the Jingpohu Lake scenic area, and Luyuan Island under the jurisdiction of the Dongjingcheng Forestry Bureau. Sun Dezhi, Deputy Party Secretary and Director of the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee, along with Deputy Director Zou Liyuan, accompanied the inspection. Representatives from the Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau, Ning'an Municipal Government, and the Dongjingcheng Forestry Bureau also participated in the event.

The inspection team of the Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference successively inspected the lakeside village of Jingpohu Lake Town, the sewage treatment plant of the Jingpohu Lake Good Lakes Project, the automatic water quality monitoring station, the ship toilet sewage collection and storage facilities, the boat dock facilities, and the sewage treatment plant at Tokyo City's Deer Park Island. After the inspection, the Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference organized a consultation meeting on pollution control in Jingpohu. They listened to progress reports on pollution control tasks from the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee, the Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, the Ning'an Municipal Government, and other departments. They gained a detailed understanding of the various tasks, existing problems, and next steps in pollution control for Jingpohu. Relevant committee members raised questions based on the inspection and provided constructive opinions and suggestions for the next steps in pollution control. Finally, Jiang Yingbo, Vice Chairman of the Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference, delivered a concluding speech.
