On January 27, 2020, at 12:17 PM, the JingpohuLake Tourist Service Center received a call for help from a Beijing tourist (13911353799). Due to the pandemic, the scenic area was temporarily closed, but an 85-year-old visitor wished to see the lake in person. The tourist detoured to the vicinity of Luyuan Island, where a Jeep (license plate: JingN63L72) slid into a ditch due to deep snow accumulation. After learning the rescue hotline from a friend, the tourist contacted the service center for assistance. The center promptly dispatched two staff members to the scene, who, along with nearby villagers, helped tow the vehicle. By 12:53 PM, the vehicle was successfully recovered with no casualties. The tourist expressed deep gratitude for the swift rescue efforts of the scenic area.
