December 4, 2020, marked the seventh National Constitution Day in China, with this week also being the country's third "Constitution Awareness Week." To foster a strong atmosphere of legal education, the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee organized a special study session for all its party members and cadres, focusing on the Constitution and the Civil Code. Participants earnestly studied Xi Jinping's thoughts on the rule of law, particularly his important remarks on the Constitution, the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, as well as the promotion and study of the "Constitution of the People's Republic of China," the "Civil Code of the People's Republic of China," and laws and regulations related to epidemic prevention and control. Centering around the theme of "Deepening the Study and Promotion of Xi Jinping's Thoughts on the Rule of Law, Vigorously Promoting the Spirit of the Constitution," the committee displayed slogans and mottos for National Constitution Day on electronic screens across the Jingpohu Lake scenic area.
