Strict work ethics must be enforced: those in position must fulfill their responsibilities, with zero tolerance for "physical presence without mental engagement" or "clocking in without actual attendance." All Party members and cadres should exemplify discipline, Party spirit, and big-picture thinking, aligning their actions with their words.
Sun Dezhi outlined that 2021's heavy workload requires swift deployment of tasks. This year marks the 100th anniversary of the Communist Party of China and the start of the 14th Five-Year Plan; it is also the year of the Tourism Development Conference and a冲刺 phase for the UNESCO Global Geoparks reevaluation—each milestone correlating with key tasks for Jingpohu Lake Scenic Area. The entire committee must plan ahead, break down tasks in detail, and initiate work early, implementing countdown schedules and visual progress tracking. Priorities include normalized pandemic prevention, Tourism Development Conference projects,挖掘整理红色文化 (red culture exploration and documentation), and UNESCO Geopark reevaluation.
