The inspection will focus on the implementation of important directives from General Secretary Xi Jinping regarding ecological and environmental protection; Heilongjiang Province's efforts to promote high-quality development, particularly the strict control of blind approval for "two high" projects and the follow-up on capacity reduction; the implementation of ecological and environmental protection requirements in major national strategies; major ecological destruction, environmental pollution, ecological and environmental risks, and their handling; the rectification and implementation of issues identified in the previous round of inspections; immediate actions on prominent ecological and environmental issues raised by the public; and the awareness and responsibility for ecological and environmental protection, including the implementation of joint party-government responsibility and dual responsibility systems.
