To vigorously address issues such as lax and unrealistic discussion processes, superficial and inaccurate problem identification, and insufficient or poor discussion outcomes, on September 2 and September 5, the Party Working Committee of Jingpohu Lake Administration Committee, in accordance with the requirements of the "Work Plan for the Provincial 'Emancipating the Mind and Promoting Development' Discussion Review" and the deployment of our city's in-depth advancement of the "Year of Capability and Work Style Construction" activity, held a two-day intensive discussion and analysis session. During the meeting, members of the Party Working Committee compared their efforts to deeply study and faithfully implement the important speeches and directives of General Secretary Xi Jinping regarding Northeast China and Heilongjiang, aimed at promoting the practical results of Mudanjiang's revitalization and development. They benchmarked against the experiences and practices of advanced regions in emancipating the mind and implemented the four key aspects and 20 directions of the "Emancipating the Mind and Promoting Development" discussion tasks, identifying their own prominent issues. The discussions by attending comrades closely focused on ideological concepts, grounded in practical work, ensuring accurate problem identification, thorough cause analysis, and practical rectification measures, to some extent playing a pioneering role in "emancipating the mind." In the next steps, our committee will organize deputy-level and above cadres, as well as heads of grassroots institutions, to write an analysis (supplementary) report summarizing their progress in emancipating the mind since the discussions, further promoting a significant ideological shift among staff, and effectively making conceptual transformation an internal driving force for the scenic area's revitalization and development.
