Comrade Zhang Haijun, member of the Party Working Committee of the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee and secretary of the Party General Branch, delivered a lecture on the fourth volume of *Xi Jinping: The Governance of China* to the Party branch of the Tourist Service Center, his Party-building liaison point, at the meeting room of the North Gate Tourist Service Center, in accordance with the requirements of the "Year of Capacity and Style Building." Comrade Zhang Haijun provided an in-depth interpretation of the publication format, significance, editorial approach and features, logical structure, and main content of the fourth volume of *Xi Jinping: The Governance of China*. He also outlined specific requirements on how to study and apply the volume effectively. Next, the Party branch of the Tourist Service Center will meticulously organize and arrange study sessions, treating the fourth volume of *Xi Jinping: The Governance of China* as an integral whole with the first, second, and third volumes. The branch will guide all Party members and cadres in reading the original texts, studying the source materials, and comprehending the underlying principles. Through studying the fourth volume, they will deepen their understanding of the "Two Establishments" and enhance their grasp of the "Three Major Laws." The branch will regard the study of the fourth volume as a crucial political task, approaching it from the political standpoint of firmly upholding the "Two Establishments" and achieving the "Two Safeguards," thereby ensuring that the Party's innovative theories are deeply internalized.
