At the scheduling meeting, the Heilongjiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Commerce, the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, and the Provincial Department of Natural Resources delivered speeches focusing on their respective fields. First, by fully promoting the resumption, ramp-up, and expansion of production in existing enterprises, utilizing the support mechanism to collectively address challenges faced by market entities.

For projects within the approval authority of provincial and municipal levels, efforts will be made to approve as many as possible, ensuring both the quantity and quality of projects ready for commencement as soon as spring arrives.

Third, we will make every effort to expand market consumption, continue to capitalize on the ice and snow tourism sector, proactively organize festive consumption events, and launch promotional campaigns for automobiles, housing, and other sectors to stimulate a consumption boom.

Fourth, we must intensify efforts to attract investments externally, striving to achieve a cycle of project commencements, operational launches, and contract signings each quarter.
