The entire committee prioritized the safety and security of people's lives and property above all else. With heightened vigilance in duty, more thorough responsibility implementation, more comprehensive emergency plans, tighter preventive measures, and more efficient coordinated dispatch, a strong synergy was formed for flood prevention efforts.

Take command at the front and prepare work in advance.Due to the upstream dam’s flood discharge, the maximum instantaneous inflow into Jingpohu Lake reached 5,600 cubic meters per second, with an average inflow of 2,600 cubic meters per second, resulting in a total inflow of 250 million cubic meters within 27 hours. The Party Working Committee of the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee immediately took action, swiftly implementing emergency plans, closely monitoring rainfall conditions, and promptly analyzing and assessing the flood control situation. Comrade Li Dongjun, Director of the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee, personally took a speedboat to inspect the flood conditions upstream and ordered all member units to conduct comprehensive inspections of flood risk points, further refining flood control measures. Activate the plan and swiftly engage in emergency response.Emergency flood control supplies were actively mobilized, including 30,000 woven bags, 6 rolls of plastic sheeting (3,600 square meters), 1 emergency speedboat, 2 tents, 8 folding beds, 8 sets of bedding, and a stockpile of 3,000 cubic meters of sand, ensuring comprehensive coverage of flood risk points. Focus on guidance and strengthen flood control publicity.The Jingpohu Lake Management Committee fully utilizes platforms such as the official WeChat account (Jingpohu), Douyin (Jingpohu), the official Jingpohu Lake website, and scenic area broadcasts to dynamically release early warning information to the public. They promptly push safety tips for flood prevention and travel, and disclose the warning methods and emergency contact numbers for Jingpohu, comprehensively enhancing visitors' abilities in prevention, risk avoidance, disaster evasion, self-rescue, mutual aid, and disaster mitigation.

The Jingpohu Lake Management Committee will work closely with the Mudanjiang State-owned Jingpohu Lake Tourism Group.
