The meeting also conveyed and studied the relevant circulars issued by the CPC Central Committee, the provincial committee, and the municipal committee on studying, publicizing, and implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, as well as the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 13th Heilongjiang Provincial Committee of the CPC and the Sixth Plenary Session of the 13th Mudanjiang Municipal Committee of the CPC.
