During comprehensive tourism market rectification, obstructive street stalls are resolutely banned, and strict measures are taken against unlicensed vendors, unauthorized stalls, and practices such as overcharging or deceiving tourists.
2. Standardize case handling.

3. Implement a law enforcement qualification system and enhance the training of law enforcement personnel.
Staff in law enforcement positions at scenic areas participate in training and examinations for administrative law enforcement qualifications (renewal) as required and obtain law enforcement certificates, strengthening the training of law enforcement personnel in scenic areas. They also organize regular examinations on administrative law enforcement knowledge or professional skills for all enforcement personnel. Through training and assessments, the overall competence and professional capabilities of law enforcement personnel have been effectively enhanced.
4. Strengthen law enforcement supervision.
Establish and improve the management system for law enforcement conduct and standardized work procedures. Although they incorporated the construction of a law-based government into the overall development plan and annual work plan, they failed to hold special meetings each year to arrange and deploy the annual key tasks of building a law-based government.
(3)The implementation of mechanisms is not stringent enough, and some departments have not fully adhered to the major administrative decision-making procedures involving public participation, expert consultation, risk assessment, legal review, and collective deliberation.
(4)The quality of administrative law enforcement personnel needs improvement, the oversight mechanisms for enforcement are not yet perfected, and issues such as lax, non-standard, unfair, and uncivilized enforcement occasionally occur.
(5)The legal awareness of leading officials is not strong enough, with insufficient implementation of pre-meeting legal studies. Their ability to resolve conflicts and address issues using legal thinking and approaches needs further improvement.
(6)The effectiveness of legal awareness campaigns needs to be improved, and the public's awareness of safeguarding their rights in accordance with the law remains insufficient.
