White Rock Bluff, also known as White Cliff Island, is located on the eastern shore at the southern end of North Lake. It consists of three adjacent rocky peaks, with the main peak rising 420 meters above sea level. Long ago, accumulated layers of white bird droppings covered the cliffs like a silken white blanket, hence the name White Rock Bluff. During the dry season, exposed wrinkled rocks appear between the front peak and the lakeshore. In the wet season, the area becomes a vast expanse of water, turning the front peak into a towering and jagged reef island, giving it the alternate name White Cliff Island.   Due to its majestic and awe-inspiring beauty, along with the presence of many figurative rocks such as "The Great Sage Admiring the Lake" and "Flying Stone," White Rock Bluff is a must-visit spot for lake tourists to capture memorable photos.
