To further standardize the tourism market order in scenic areas, improve the service quality and safety management of hotels, and ensure a better travel experience for visitors, the Scenic Area Management Committee officially launched a special responsibility-assignment program for hotels within the scenic area in April 2025. Through a working mechanism of "assigning responsibilities to individuals, implementing targeted measures, and achieving full coverage," this initiative lays a solid foundation for the high-quality development of tourism in the scenic area.
The special responsibility assignment initiative is jointly advanced by various departments of the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee, establishing a responsibility system featuring "leadership overseeing zones, departments managing specific sites, and dedicated personnel in charge." It clarifies the regulatory duties and work logs for each department, achieving full coverage of responsibility assignments for all operating hotels and accommodations within the scenic area.
During the inspection process, various departments adopted a combined approach of "routine inspections + random checks + on-site guidance," established a closed-loop mechanism for issue rectification, and implemented "list-based management, rectification within deadlines, and follow-up verification" for identified hazards to ensure comprehensive problem resolution. At the same time, policy promotion and operational guidance were conducted simultaneously to encourage hotel operators to strengthen their sense of primary responsibility and proactively improve service standardization.
The implementation of this special responsibility assignment initiative will effectively address the weak links in the management of hotels and guesthouses within the scenic area, further reinforcing safety responsibilities, standardizing business practices, and improving service quality. In the next phase, the Jingyuetan Administrative Committee will continue to deepen the responsibility assignment mechanism, establish a regular supervision and dynamic evaluation system, and drive the quality upgrade of accommodation services in the scenic area with high standards and strict requirements, creating a safe, secure, and comfortable tourism environment for visitors.
