On January 13, the municipal government held a coordination meeting for the preparations of the "11th China·Jingpohu Lake Winter Fishing Festival & the First Bingchao·Mudanjiang Winter Fishing Competition" and the "Heilongjiang Province First Bingchao (2025-2026) · 4th Jingpohu Lake International Ice Running Challenge." Vice Mayor Li Chuanzhu presided over the meeting and provided directives on the preparatory work. Key officials from the Municipal Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Cyberspace Affairs Office, Jingpohu Lake Management Committee, Emergency Management Bureau, Public Security Bureau, Health Commission, Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Culture, Sports, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau, Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, Media Convergence Center, Ning'an Municipal Government, State Grid Mudanjiang Power Supply Company, Agricultural and Tourism Investment Company, and Jingpohu Lake Tourism Group attended the meeting.

During the meeting, Li Dongjun, Director of the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee, presented the "Work Plan for the 11th China·Jingpohu Lake Winter Fishing Festival & the First Bingchao·Mudanjiang Winter Fishing Competition" and the "Heilongjiang Province First Bingchao (2025-2026) · 4th Jingpohu Lake International Ice Running Challenge Work Plan." The participating departments provided suggestions and opinions on their respective responsibilities and tasks.

Finally, Vice Mayor Li Chuanzhu delivered concluding remarks. He emphasized the need to strengthen leadership and clarify responsibilities. The preparatory work for the event is currently underway in a tense yet orderly manner, and all relevant departments must firmly adopt a "unified strategy" mindset, tighten and reinforce accountability, enhance coordination and collaboration, consolidate efforts, and complete tasks proactively to ensure the event's resounding success. Efforts should be made to broaden publicity and amplify impact. Publicity efforts should permeate every stage of the event. By leveraging various media and effective platforms, promotional efforts should be intensified to create momentum, expanding the influence and recognition of the Jingpohu Lake Winter Fishing Festival, Winter Fishing Competition, and the Jingpohu Lake International Ice Run Challenge, thereby better promoting Mudanjiang and showcasing Jingpohu. Arrangements must be meticulous to ensure safety. With a sense of responsibility that "leaves no room for complacency," the capacity to act with "full confidence in every matter," and the execution to "deliver on every task," event and competition safety must remain a top priority. Safety should be the primary requirement, with comprehensive coordination of all aspects of event preparation, to create a secure environment for tourists and deliver a grand cultural and sports event experience.
