The Jingpohu Lake Management Committee convened its first ice safety meeting after the Spring Festival on the afternoon of February 24, 2026, in the 7th-floor conference room of the urban area.

The current ice safety situation is severe, with uncertainties in ice load-bearing capacity. To implement the provincial and municipal requirements and arrangements for ice safety management, effectively safeguard people's lives and property, and prevent ice safety accidents, the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee has established an ice access control mechanism. This effectively deters vehicles and pedestrians from entering dangerous ice areas, eliminates potential hazards, and ensures stable ice safety conditions. The "Jingpohu Lake Management Committee Ice Access Control Work Plan" has been formulated accordingly.
