JingpoLake
The world's largest volcanic lava-dammed lake, Jingpo Lake, is at its finest between spring and summer! Take a boat tour to immerse yourself in the gentle charm and grandeur of the "Northern West Lake." You can also visit the Diaoshuilou Waterfall to witness a thrilling cliff diving performance, or stroll through Ningguta City to interact with NPCs and enjoy unique folk performances.
Highly recommended: The 30-minute short cruise on Jingpo Lake is the most delightful way for family outings, accompanying elders, or short-trip check-ins. With a gentle breeze caressing your face and shimmering waves rippling across the lake, the picturesque landscape unfolds before your eyes.
To tour the lake without a boat is to miss the endless beauty.
Crater Lake National Forest Park
Explore the ancient volcanic wonderland and step into a natural forest oxygen bar. Here, you'll find enchanting lava tunnels, breathtaking volcanic craters, towering ancient trees, and lush greenery—an ideal destination for hiking, refreshing your lungs, and reconnecting with nature.
You don't have to go to the Great Northwest to experience a self-driving route comparable to the Duku Highway. The winding mountain roads of the Volcanic Crater National Forest Park connect lake views, volcanoes, secluded valleys, and vast forests. Driving through this area, you can take in the breathtaking volcanic landscapes and the stunning scenery of lakes and mountains formed over millennia.
Self-driving to the crater
