To thoroughly implement the spirit of the municipal video dispatching meeting on water safety held on May 28, conduct a comprehensive inspection of potential safety hazards in the scenic area and improve the tourism environment, Jingpo Lake Scenic Area held a work meeting on work safety on the morning of May 29. Li Dongjun, Director of the Scenic Area Administration Committee, attended and addressed the meeting. Members of the leading group, principals of all departments, affiliated units and relevant operating enterprises were present.

The meeting fully conveyed and studied the spirit of the municipal video dispatching meeting on water safety.

It was emphasized at the meeting that as the scenic area has entered the peak tourist season with a continuous increase in tourist arrivals, risks related to water transportation, road traffic, fire safety and tourism services are intertwined. No slack is allowed in work safety. All staff and business operators in the scenic area must cast aside complacency and fluke mentality, firmly uphold the people-first and life-first philosophy for safety development, and fulfill duties with a strong sense of responsibility. It is imperative to fully implement work responsibilities, strictly uphold the safety bottom line, and effectively forestall and defuse all types of potential safety hazards.

The meeting required all staff to focus on prominent problems and push forward rectification and improvement. Full-coverage and thorough inspections and rectification shall be carried out targeting key areas including water vessel operation, mountain forest fire prevention, fire safety of business premises, flood control, building facilities and food safety. A closed-loop management mechanism covering inspection, rectification, closure and re-inspection shall be strictly enforced to ensure all hidden dangers are completely eliminated.

All levels shall earnestly implement the dual responsibilities for work safety. The Special Responsibility and Service Plan of Jingpo Lake Scenic Area and the 24-hour on-duty system shall be fully implemented. Relevant responsibilities and work divisions shall be clarified at all levels. Efforts shall be coordinated to strengthen safety management and environmental improvement. The three-tier responsibility chain covering leadership supervision, departmental regulation and corporate accountability shall be consolidated to ensure all safety duties are delivered in full.

To guarantee scenic area safety, we will further advance the Work Safety Campaign Month. All affiliated departments shall conduct comprehensive inspection and rectification of potential safety hazards across the scenic area, and continuously improve work safety governance capacity. Meanwhile, we will revise and refine all types of emergency plans, improve the rapid reporting mechanism for emergencies, and conduct regular practical drills to enhance staff's emergency response and self-rescue capabilities.

We will carry out regular safety publicity and warning education. Leveraging various publicity platforms in the scenic area, we will popularize safety prevention knowledge to all personnel, establish a long-term safety management system, and foster a sound atmosphere where everyone prioritizes safety in all work. During the meeting, the Work Plan for the Work Safety Campaign Month: Welcoming Assessments, Ensuring Safety and Promoting Development of Jingpo Lake Administration Committee was issued.

Going forward, Jingpo Lake Scenic Area will fully implement the requirements of the municipal water safety work conference. We will strictly enforce work safety standards, earnestly improve the environmental quality, and strive to ensure the stable and sound development of the cultural and tourism industry in the scenic area.
