To implement the requirements of the 12th Municipal Party Committee's Second Plenary Session regarding the comprehensive improvement of the tourism market environment and to effectively maintain the order of Jingpohu's tourism market, the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee held a meeting on March 8 to discuss the comprehensive improvement of the tourism market environment. The meeting was chaired by Sun Dezhi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee, and attended by members of the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee, heads of various departments, grassroots units, and related lake-based organizations.

Regarding the further consolidation of the achievements in environmental rectification at Jingpohu Lake and the regular conduct of comprehensive improvement efforts for the tourism market environment, the meeting emphasized the need for close cooperation among all departments to carry out joint actions routinely, aiming to achieve the standards of a clean scenic area, regulated management, smooth traffic, safety and order, and honest business operations. It was stressed that awareness should be raised, implementation should be intensified, and concerted efforts should be made to form a synergy. All departments and units were required to submit progress reports and related materials according to the specified timelines. For industry management, departments were instructed to strictly follow the approval procedures for the opening of hotels and accommodations, establish a complaint accountability mechanism, improve the "three responsibilities at the doorstep" mechanism, and strictly manage vehicle access.
