To fully implementthe 2019 Lake Chief System tasks and solidly advance the management and protection of Jingpohu, the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee held the first Lake Chief System work conference of 2019 on April 3. During the meeting,the "Order No. 1" of Heilongjiang Province's Chief River and Lake Chief,the "Notice on Issuing the Action Plan for Concentrated Rectification of Prominent River and Lake Issues in Heilongjiang Province," the "Mudanjiang City Action Plan for Concentrated Rectification of Prominent River and Lake Issues," and the "Jingpohu Lake Action Plan for Concentrated Rectification of Prominent River and Lake Issues" were conveyed, followed by a comprehensive summary of the previous year's Lake Chief System work. Sun Dezhi, Deputy Party Secretary and Director of the Working Committee, presided over the meeting and delivered an important speech.

Sun Dezhi pointed out that in 2018, under the overall arrangements and deployments of the municipal Party committee and government, the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee focused on centralized pollution control of Jingpohu Lake and made every effort to advance the lake chief system work, with three main indicators:First,establishing a system。A responsibility system for the lake chief system work of Jingpohu Lake was established, achieving three clear aspects: responsible entities, work responsibilities, and target tasks;Second,Strong mechanism.Establish and improve various working mechanisms, plans, and systems for the Lake Chief System to provide guarantees for effective work;Third,Pollution control.With a focus on pollution control in Jingpohu, phased achievements have been made in the protection and management of Jingpohu.
