





On March 1, 2019,To accelerate the construction of the Jingpohu Lake Smart Scenic Area and thoroughly understand the specific functions of various aspects during its smart development, the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee andLed by the Mudanjiang Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio and Television, Comrades Ma Xiaoqun and Zhang Haijun, Deputy Directors of the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee, led a team of 11 people, including heads and staff from various departments such as the Tourism Bureau, Finance Bureau, Gate Area Management Center, Ticketing Center, and Monitoring Center, to conduct research at the Snow Village scenic area.

During the research process, the delegation visited the smart scenic area management platform, where they listened in detail to the completion and utilization of various smart scenic area functions. They gained an in-depth understanding of the facial recognition feature at the entrance turnstiles. It is reported that Xuexiang, as the third nationwide and the first in the province to implement a full-channel, all-ticket-type facial recognition system for park entry, is leading the country. This feature has shortened visitors' entry time and eliminated the previous congestion issues caused by large tourist numbers. Subsequently, they also visited representative operational sites such as the comprehensive cleaning and disinfection center, food supply center, Liu Mingwen's family hotel, Linzi Cottage, and Xueyun Pavilion Hotel.
The scenic homestays and shops have attracted attention by hanging doorplates displaying street names, numbers, and QR codes. This forms a comprehensive public review system where visitors can scan the QR codes to rate both the scenic area and specific businesses, as well as directly file complaints through the system, enabling regulatory authorities to promptly address issues. Staff explained that the scenic area also features53 smart voice guide points, allowing visitors to listen to real-person audio explanations anytime, locate their position in real-time, check nearby public facilities, and independently plan navigation routes.


The smart scenic area management platform's features, including the scenic area review system, voice guide, and Gaode navigation software, enrich visitors' experiences within the scenic area, providing them with higher quality and more personalized services. It can be said that through the establishment of the smart platform, today's Xuexiang scenic area boasts convenient transportation, complete infrastructure, and comprehensive service functions. Whether it's the internal environment, service quality, reception capacity, tourism projects, or the external market, development strength, and brand effect, there has been a qualitative leap forward.
