On April 24, the JingpohuLake Management Committee's Lake Chief Office launched a special action to "Clear Four Chaos" and the kick-off ceremony for the "Hundred-Day Battle." Vice Mayor and JingpohuLake Chief Qi Zhongyan, along with all assigned lake chiefs from the committee, over 70 staff from government agencies and public institutions, and more than 60 sanitation workers from the landscaping department, participated in a garbage cleanup activity on the western lava plateau of the lake. The operation deployed 1 excavator, 1 loader, 4 garbage trucks, and 2 pickup trucks, clearing a total of 86 cubic meters of waste and cleaning an area exceeding 12,600 square meters. This event was organized in accordance with the provincial and municipal directives on advancing the lake and river chief system, thoroughly implementing the No. 1 Order of the Heilongjiang Province and Mudanjiang City Lake and River Chiefs, and ensuring the timely completion of the "Clear Four Chaos" rectification tasks. Through this special action, the lake chief system was fully implemented, laying a solid foundation for making JingpohuLake Scenic Area greener, its water clearer, and its skies bluer.
