On June 12, 2019, the training session for managers and practitioners of JingpohuLake Scenic Area officially commenced in the conference room on the second floor of JingpohuLake Hotel. Attendees at the opening ceremony included Huang Xueye, Director of the Science and Education Department of Heilongjiang Provincial Bureau of Culture and Tourism; Professor Cui Yufan, a graduate supervisor from Heilongjiang University; Du Juan, Deputy Dean of the Tourism Industry Development College at Heilongjiang Vocational College of Tourism; Ning Guoqing, Principal of the Tourism School under Mudanjiang Bureau of Culture and Tourism; and Wang Wei, Deputy Director of the Tourism Bureau of JingpohuLake Management Committee. Over 90 participants attended, representing various departments of the JingpohuLake Management Committee, grassroots institutions, JingpohuLake Tourism Group, relevant functional departments stationed in the scenic area, as well as managers from hotels, sanatoriums, and training centers.

This training session is part of a series organized by the Heilongjiang Provincial Tourism Training Center under the commission of the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, with JingpohuLake Scenic Area being honored as the first stop. The training aims to implement the relevant spirit of enhancing the skills of tourism practitioners and the requirements of the "Tourism Resort Classification and Management Measures," further improving the service quality and management level of key scenic areas. It represents a significant initiative by the Heilongjiang Provincial Bureau of Culture and Tourism to promote the development of the province's tourism industry and accelerate the achievement of its tourism development goals.

During the opening ceremony, Huang Xueye, Director of the Science and Education Department of Heilongjiang Provincial Bureau of Culture and Tourism, and Ning Guoqing, Principal of the Tourism School under Mudanjiang Bureau of Culture and Tourism, delivered motivational speeches respectively. Wang Wei, Deputy Director of the Tourism Bureau of JingpohuLake Management Committee, extended a welcome speech on behalf of the committee to the attending leaders and tourism management experts, while also expressing hopes and requirements for the trainees participating in this session.
