On June 19th, the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee convened a leadership work conference to implement the main spirit of the 12th Municipal Party Committee's Fifth Plenary Session, the city's tourism industry transformation and upgrading conference, and the national civilized city creation advancement conference. The meeting also conveyed and studied the "Implementation Opinions of the CPC Mudanjiang Municipal Committee on Implementing the 'Eight-Character Policy' to Deepen Reform and Innovation and Promote High-Quality Economic Development." Presided over by Deputy Director Jin Guojun, Deputy Director Ma Xiaoqun and Party Working Committee Member Zhang Haijun respectively conveyed the relevant conference spirits. Over 50 attendees included the committee's leadership team, all cadres from the organization, and leadership teams from grassroots units.

In accordance with the arrangements of the 12th Municipal Party Committee's Fifth Plenary Session and the spirit of the city's tourism industry transformation and upgrading conference, the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee has identified six key tasks to advance in the second half of the year: First, further promoting institutional and mechanism reforms; second, continuing to optimize the business environment; third, intensifying efforts in project investment attraction; fourth, advancing pollution control measures at Jingpohu; fifth, enhancing brand promotion efforts; and sixth, providing robust organizational support. Simultaneously, based on the task breakdown from the national civilized city creation advancement conference, the focus will be on building Jingpohu Lake into a civilized scenic area, mobilizing all committee resources to support the city's bid for national civilized city status.
