Second, address the current progress and prominent issues in pollution control at Jingpohu Lake by intensifying task implementation, consolidating problem summaries, actively seeking higher-level support, and enhancing inter-departmental coordination to ensure continuous and effective pollution control. Third, accelerate the construction of the smart scenic area by resolving challenges related to construction models, responsible entities, and funding to guarantee timely project completion. Fourth, prioritize and swiftly respond to the reporting requirements for infrastructure in forest, grassland, and wetland protected areas, strengthening coordination and seeking full support from Ning'an City Government and Donglin Bureau to ensure synchronized efforts in investigation, statistics, and reporting. Fifth, strive to create an excellent business environment within the scenic area by leveraging the leadership of the Business Environment Optimization Task Force, expanding optimization efforts, improving tourist complaint handling and feedback, and actively serving local enterprises and businesses to achieve new breakthroughs in establishing a superior tourism and investment environment.
