In accordance with the requirements of the municipal Party committee's major discussion on emancipating the mind to promote high-quality development and the overall deployment of the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee's major discussion activities,On June 28, 2019, the Party Working Committee of Jingpohu Lake Management Committee held the third expanded meeting on concentrated study and discussion for emancipating the mind to promote high-quality development. Members of the Party Working Committee of Jingpohu Lake Management Committee attended the discussion meeting, and department-level cadres were present as non-voting participants. The attendees mainlyfocused onthe goal of "implementing the new development concept, actively building summer leisure and winter ice-snow tourism industry projects in Jingpohu Lake Scenic Area, achieving a tourism development model that balances leisure vacation and ecological sightseeing, and striving to create a new chapter in Jingpohu's tourism development." Combining the issues identified in the previous two concentrated discussions and the actual work in their respective fields, they studied andformulated specific, actionable, and detailed step-by-step work measures, and carried outa focused seminar themed "Prescribing the Right Remedy for the Problem".

Comrade Sun Dezhi, Deputy Party Secretary and Director of the Management Committee, delivered a keynote speech summarizing the preliminary achievements of the extensive discussion activities conducted by the Jingguan Committee to date. These achievements were primarily reflected in gains in theoretical learning, elevated ideological understanding, fruitful outcomes from concentrated discussions, and high-quality problem identification. He pointed out key issues still existing in the discussion activities, such as insufficiently thorough ideological emancipation, inadequate depth in problem identification, and a lack of noticeable impact and radiating influence. He emphasized that the Party Working Committee leadership must focus on prominent contradictions and issues, further consolidate responsibilities, tackle challenges head-on, address problems one by one for rectification, and implement tasks step by step—transforming pressure into motivation and weaknesses into strengths. By breaking through problem resolutions, narrowing gaps, and boosting confidence, they will accelerate ideological emancipation and make all-out efforts to turn the tide in the protection and development of the scenic area.

During the discussion, the team members unanimously agreed that for the scenic area to achievehigh-quality development, it is essential to promote ideological emancipation, address prominent issues, and implement effective solutions through action, execution, as well as responsibility and commitment. The "key" of practical and diligent efforts must be used to unlock the "lock" of high-quality development for the scenic area.
