On July 29, at 2:00 PM, the Jingguan Committee convened the second thematic work conference on waterway traffic safety in the scenic area. Attendees included management departments from various sectors such as public security, maritime affairs, shipping, tourism, and law enforcement, as well as representatives from tourism groups, sightseeing boat operators, and other water passenger transport and fishery production enterprises.
At the meeting, the Enforcement Bureau of the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee first conveyed the spirit of the provincial video conference on water traffic safety. They also relayed the specific work requirements of Deputy Mayor Zhang Weiguo of Mudanjiang City regarding the city's water traffic safety measures. Jin Guojun, Deputy Director of the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee, then outlined the current arrangements for water traffic safety within the scenic area.

This meeting enabled the water-related industry management departments of the scenic area to fully recognize the severe current situation of water traffic safety. Joint inspections will be immediately launched to enhance emergency management. It also promoted enterprises to fully improve the "five in place" aspects of safety responsibility, management, investment, training, and emergency rescue, adhering to the "four not letting go" principle to strengthen accident accountability and ensure stable water traffic safety in the scenic area.
