On July 17, the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee organized and convened the 2019 Work Conference on Safety Production in Jingpohu Lake Scenic Area and the Launch Meeting for Large-scale Safety Production Training in the Scenic Area. Over 90 participants from safety management departments across various industries and enterprises/institutions stationed around the lake attended the meeting.

During the conference, the document "Notice on Issuing the Implementation Plan for Mudanjiang City's Large-scale Safety Production Inspection, Training, Law Enforcement, and Exposure Campaign" (Mu An Ban [2019] No. 64) was conveyed and studied. A standalone copy of "Heilongjiang Province Regulations on the Primary Responsibility of Production and Operation Entities for Safety Production" was thoroughly interpreted and distributed. Representatives from the scenic area's fire department, traffic police, maritime affairs, health supervision, navigation services, and enterprises delivered thematic speeches on industry safety production work during the peak tourist season, urging all responsible entities in the scenic area to conscientiously implement safety production responsibilities at all levels, thoroughly investigate and rectify potential safety hazards, and ensure zero accidents in the scenic area's safety production. Finally, Jin Guojun, Deputy Director of the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee, delivered an important speech and signed the "2019 Scenic Area Safety Production Responsibility Agreement" with representatives from 10 units in the scenic area.
