In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of the "Rectification Work Plan for Concentrated Efforts to Address Formalism and Bureaucracy in Accordance with the Important Instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping" issued by the Office of the Mudanjiang Municipal Committee of the CPC, and to uphold and establish a clean and honest image of leading cadres in governance, in accordance with the relevant regulations prohibiting leading cadres from interfering in projects and engaging in business or operating enterprises, leading cadres under the Party Working Committee of the Jingguanwei will strictly adhere to the discipline and regulations regarding clean governance. They will not violate laws, regulations, or rules of procedure, nor will they improperly intervene in market economic activities by abusing their authority or positions. They will refrain from interfering in project contracting and subcontracting, land use rights transfers, real estate development and operation, exploitation and utilization of mineral resources, and allocation of fiscal funds. They will not engage in collusion between officials and businesses, benefit transfers, improperly operate businesses or enterprises, assist spouses, children, or relatives in securing projects, evade supervision, obtain excessive profits, operate businesses under others' names while actually controlling the enterprises, or tolerate, tacitly approve, or arrange for spouses or children to improperly hold positions in enterprises and receive high salaries.
