Since the city began preparations for the tourism conference, the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee has adopted a coordinated approach, boosting morale and proactively addressing challenges. Aligning with municipal plans and the scenic area's needs, they renovated railings and boardwalks near the waterfall, invested over 4 million yuan to upgrade the road connecting the waterfall to the North Gate and Moyan Highway, and drafted a smart tourism development plan for Jingpohu. Initiatives like the "I Speak for Jingpohu" tour guide competition, support for the tourism group's North Gate museum complex project, collaboration on nighttime lighting designs, and the development of red culture resources have been launched. Moving forward, the committee will use the conference as a catalyst to accelerate landscape enhancements, lighting projects, and red culture initiatives, while improving service quality, training guides, and refining tourism environment management. Comprehensive planning for observation routes and event logistics is underway to ensure the city successfully hosts the province's fourth tourism development conference.
