In 2019, it invested 300 million yuan in a second-phase project and is now planning to invest in a third-phase project. The group's executive told the Premier that while some say "investment does not cross the Shanhaiguan Pass," Panpan Food’s investments not only crossed it but have become smoother and more confident over time.

The Premier remarked that your decision to invest and set up factories in Songyuan, Jilin, coming all the way from the southeastern coastal areas, with growing investments, demonstrates that this region not only boasts abundant resources but also offers a favorable business environment. A sound business environment can attract investments beyond the Great Wall. He expressed hope that you could share your confidence with more enterprises from inside the Great Wall, letting them know that outside the Great Wall lies a promising investment environment and bright development prospects, so that more investments will flow beyond this historic barrier.

During the inspection, Li Keqiang observed the company's food and beverage production lines, learned about product development, and inquired whether tax and fee reduction policies as well as financial support measures had been effectively implemented.
