On November 20, the Administrative Committee of Jingpohu Lake held an expanded meeting of the Theoretical Study Center Group to specially convey and study the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Party. Li Dongjun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Administrative Committee, presided over the meeting and delivered concluding remarks. More than 50 attendees included members of the Party Working Committee leadership, heads of various departments, and Party and government officials from grassroots institutions.

The meeting conveyed the content of the communiqué of the Sixth Plenary Session, the spirit of the provincial leadership meeting, and the directives from the 154th Standing Committee meeting of the 12th Municipal Party Committee. Comrade Li Dongjun provided further interpretation of the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session and put forward specific requirements for studying, promoting, and implementing the session's spirit.

Comrade Li Dongjun emphasized that this plenary session was a highly significant meeting convened at a crucial historical moment—marking the centenary of the Party's founding, as the Party and the people achieved the First Centenary Goal and embarked on the journey toward the Second Centenary Goal, and amid the Party's ongoing great struggles with many new historical characteristics. It carried the profound mission of linking the past with the future, bearing extremely great significance and far-reaching impact.

Comrade Li Dongjun pointed out that it is essential to accurately grasp the profound connotation and essence of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee, continuously enhancing political judgment, comprehension, and execution. We must firmly grasp the decisive significance of the "Two Establishments," fully recognize the major progress made in the Party and the country’s endeavors over the past year, deeply understand the glorious journey and great achievements of the Party's century-long struggle, comprehensively comprehend the historical significance of the Party's century-long endeavors, vigorously inherit and promote the historical experience of the Party’s struggles, and always bear in mind the mission and responsibilities of the Communist Party of China in the new era.

Comrade Li Dongjun emphasized that the Party Working Committee must make studying, publicizing, and implementing the spirit of the plenary session a major political task for the current and future periods. It should meticulously organize, carefully arrange, and conscientiously carry out the study and promotion of the plenary session's spirit, rapidly creating a wave of learning and dissemination. First, high-quality and efficient learning and training must be ensured. The study of the plenary session's spirit should be a key focus of the theoretical learning center group of the Party Working Committee. Party organizations at all levels under the committee should adopt formats such as the "Three Meetings and One Lesson" and themed Party Day activities to conduct distinctive and diverse learning activities. Second, learning must be applied to promote effective implementation. Efforts should focus on integrating learning with thinking and application, and unifying knowledge, belief, and action. Formalism should be strictly avoided, and superficial engagement must be prevented.
