On December 30, 2021, the Party Working Committee of the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee held a seminar to disseminate the spirit of the 19th Central Committee's Sixth Plenary Session. Comrade Qi Zhongyan, Deputy Mayor of the Municipal Government and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee, delivered a lecture on the spirit of the 19th Central Committee's Sixth Plenary Session to mid-level and above cadres of the committee.

The seminar closely followed the theme of the 19th Central Committee's Sixth Plenary Session, guiding all Party members and cadres within the committee to deeply understand the significant implications of the Plenary Session, grasp the rich connotations and core essence of its spirit, and accurately implement its practical requirements. Attendees listened attentively and took detailed notes, striving to draw ideological motivation from the study of the Plenary Session's spirit to drive the scenic area's development.
