In accordance with the "Regulations on Scenic Areas" and the "Measures for the Planning and Approval of National Scenic Areas" (Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Order No.In accordance with the relevant requirements of Document No. 26, as the previous round of the Jingpo Lake Scenic Area Master Plan has expired, our city has initiated the preparation of the "Jingpo Lake National Scenic Area Master Plan (2021-2035)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan").

Currently, the draft of the "Plan" has been completed. In order to ensure that all sectors of society fully understand the content of the draft and jointly participate in shaping the blueprint for the Jingpo Lake National Scenic Area, in accordance with the work arrangements of the Planning Leading Group for the Jingpo Lake National Scenic Area, we are now publicly soliciting opinions and suggestions from the public. Specific publicity materials can be downloaded from the Mudanjiang Government website (www.mdj.gov.cn) and the Jingpo Lake Management Committee website (www.jph.mdj.gov.cn).

The draft will be open for public review fromMarch 1, 2022, to March 30, 2022 (30 days). All sectors of society are welcome to submit opinions and suggestions via mail or email.
