On March 28, 2024, the Jingpo Lake Management Committee organized the 2024 Jingpo Lake Scenic Area Market Entities Work Conference. Attendees included lakeside units such as the Jingpo Lake Public Security Bureau, the Jingpo Lake Branch of the Market Supervision Bureau, and the Jingpo Lake Fire Brigade, as well as nine other units including the Tourism Bureau and Environmental Protection Bureau of the Jingpo Lake Management Committee. Over 20 business entities within the scenic area, such as the Provincial Trade Union Sanatorium, Jingpo Lake Hotel, and Mountain Villa Hotel, also participated. Li Zhenguo, Executive Deputy Director of the Jingpo Lake Management Committee, and Li Xijun, Deputy Director, attended the meeting.

During the meeting, arrangements were made regarding the operational requirements for business entities within the scenic area, changes in property rights and operational rights, upgrades and renovations, as well as the upcoming building safety inspection work. The relevant industry management departments provided detailed explanations on the various requirements for the opening of business entities and addressed questions.

Finally, the leadership of the Jingpo Lake Management Committee presented the scenic area's operational performance in 2023, emphasizing that its prosperity and development rely on the support of business entities. The committee pledged to continue providing quality services to aid their growth and expressed hope for joint efforts in 2024 to elevate the Jingpo Lake brand, boost tourism revenue, and enhance the operational benefits of market entities.
