On May 15, the relevant departments of the Jingpo Lake Management Committee, along with the Public Security Bureau and the Market Supervision Bureau, conducted a joint inspection of five hotels and sanatoriums in the Jingpo Lake scenic area that are about to open: the Villa Hotel, Mudanjiang Jingpo Lake Fishing Terrace Villa, Shouyuewan Hotel, the Provincial Trade Union Sanatorium, and the original Power Red Culture Industry Center of Heilongjiang Longbao Hydropower Maintenance and Installation Co., Ltd.

The joint inspection team members followed a pre-established checklist to conduct item-by-item inspections of safety hazards in the operations of hotels and sanatoriums, as well as weak links in tourist services. They carried out comprehensive and meticulous checks on food safety, elevator safety, drainage and discharge, guest registration, environmental hygiene, and other aspects. During the inspections, the staff provided practical guidance to operators on legal compliance matters and offered on-site instructions and rectifications for identified issues, such as the prohibition of selling mixed alcoholic beverages and the requirement to activate the hotel registration system.

During the 2024 tourism season, Jingpo Lake Scenic Area will conduct continuous inspections of hotels and sanatoriums operating within the scenic area, striving to enhance tourism service quality, eliminate safety hazards, and provide visitors with a safe, convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable travel environment.
