Li Dongjun pointed out that the theme of this study session is to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thoughts on the Party's self-reform. Through this study session, we must thoroughly study and implement the important speeches and directives of General Secretary Xi Jinping, as well as the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the work requirements of the provincial and municipal Party committees. Taking this Party discipline education as an opportunity, we should better grasp the spirit of the "Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Disciplinary Actions," continuously strengthen political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, mass discipline, work discipline, and life discipline, and always remain loyal, clean, and responsible.

During the study session, Comrade Li Ying, head of the Party History and Party Building Teaching and Research Department at the CPC Mudanjiang Municipal Party School, delivered a specialized lecture to all committee members. The lecture provided a detailed analysis of the newly revised content of the "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China," achieving the positive outcome of helping all party members and cadres in the committee to learn, understand, clarify, and abide by the disciplinary regulations.

The two-day study session adopted a combination of methods including leadership-led learning, collective self-study, individual self-study, warning education, and thematic discussions to ensure a thorough and substantive learning experience in the Party discipline education program.
