On that day, the "Snowstorm Ningguta" themed area was bustling with crowds. As the city gate slowly opened, historical figures in ancient costumes made their appearances one after another, unveiling a centuries-old legendary tale. The launch ceremony of the Jingpohu Lake Winter Tourism "Snowstorm Ningguta" project adopted a blend of ancient and modern elements, featuring dialogues between modern hosts and historical characters, as well as immersive performances that traversed time, creating a cultural ambiance. Segments such as reporting on the city's defense status and introducing urban regulations were presented in sequence, with performers greeting visitors from across the country in the most sincere manner.

Entering the reconstructed Ninguta Ancient City, the settings of production and living areas, historical and cultural zones, political and military districts vividly recreate the life scenes of exiles in Ninguta during the Qing Dynasty. By delving into historical and cultural heritage, it highlights the exiles' positive contributions in advancing frontier prosperity across fields such as education, culture, agriculture, commerce, and ethnic integration, showcasing the beautiful transformation of this once-remote border stronghold into today's "land of fish and rice."

To enrich the tourism performance industry, Mudanjiang Jingpohu Lake Tourism Group launched the outdoor live-action performance "Wind and Snow Ningguta" by integrating winter ice-snow tourism with regional characteristics, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the cultural essence of Ningguta's exiled literati. Simultaneously, the project was linked to the classic TV series *Empresses in the Palace*, featuring ice play performances at the Diaoshuilou Waterfall, which not only provided entertainment but also met visitors' needs for photo opportunities.

"I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at Jingpohu. Not only did I see the spectacular ice waterfall, but I also experienced the rich historical culture of Mudanjiang at the Ningguta Ancient City. It was truly a worthwhile trip," said Ms. Yan, a tourist from Yunnan.

The report states that this winter, the Jingpohu Lake scenic area in Mudanjiang has deeply explored local culture and innovatively planned the "Jingpohu Lake · Bohai Snow Country Winter Fishing Season" project, featuring four themed zones: "Asian Winter Games Showcase, Snowy Ningguta, Bohai Snow Country, and Millennium Grand Winter Fishing." Currently, the construction of the "Asian Winter Games Showcase, Bohai Snow Country, and Millennium Grand Winter Fishing" themed zones is progressing orderly and will soon be unveiled, offering visitors a unique blend of culture and tourism.
