The Monument to the Anti-Japanese Allied Forces Warriors was erected in 2005 at the proposal of Comrade Li Min, wife of Comrade Chen Lei, former governor of Heilongjiang Province. The black granite monument stands 1 meter high, 2 meters long, and 0.1 meter thick, with inscriptions personally written by Comrade Li Min. As a veteran warrior of the Anti-Japanese Allied Forces, Comrade Li Min fought alongside Comrade Chen Lei across the rugged landscapes after the "September 18th Incident." By the shores of Jingpohu, she witnessed the brutal atrocities committed by Japanese invaders against her compatriots, endured the harsh conditions of the resistance, and grieved the loss of comrades. The great victory of the anti-Japanese struggle was achieved through the blood and sacrifice of countless martyrs. Therefore, she chose to erect this monument by Jingpohu, where the warriors once fought valiantly, to remind visitors of their legacy, honor their memory, and carry forward their cause in striving for the rejuvenation of China.
