The Mudanjiang Border Wall, estimated to have been built in the Tang Dynasty, consists of three discontinuous sections of border wall, distributed in the mountains of Aimin District of Mudanjiang City and Ning'an City. Among them, the side wall of the jingpo Lake section is 4.996 kilometers long. The existence and discovery of the Mudanjiang Border Wall provide rare physical evidence for studying the archaeological work of ethnic minorities in the northeastern frontier of China during the Tang Dynasty.
