As the Spring Festival approaches, the management of ritual fires and open flames in wilderness areas enters a critical period. To resolutely protect the ecological security of Jingpohu's natural reserve, on February 11, 2026, Deputy Directors Liang Yuntian and Li Xijun of the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee led a team to key areas such as Baoyue Bay and the western part of the lake, conducting patrols of the protected areas and special inspections on ritual fire use. These rigorous measures aim to fortify the safety defenses during the festive season.

This patrol covers key areas across the entire region, with a focus on high-risk fire zones such as forested areas, forest edges, and concentrated sites of sacrificial activities. It closely monitors critical periods and locations, including the peak of sacrificial activities around the Spring Festival and times of public outings, strictly enforcing bans on unauthorized practices like burning paper offerings or incense.

At the same time, we will further consolidate responsibilities, strengthen duty shifts, and closely monitor key periods and areas. With a proactive sense of responsibility and practical actions to "prevent problems before they occur," we will ensure the ecological security of Jingpohu Lake and the safe holiday celebrations for the public.
